regarding the rest of your post&#039;s references: yes, i&#039;m there too.

so nice to see that queneau, perec and all are resurfacing as creative models. (and, they all dabbled quite seriously with pataphysics, btw. -even cage)

regarding the eno quote: exactly. i know how tenuous it is to get past the architect&#039;s compositional, creative schemata. it takes years to become a good gardener, just being able to see what happens when a seed, any seed is planted. that is when OuLiPo&#039;s generative stratagems come in as a liberating blessing.</description>
